As you can see from the enclosed check I am from Michigan. My daughter and I were in Naples to help my 93 year old uncle find, relocate and get settled into a senior retirement complex. We had four days to accomplish everything that needed to be taken care. During that time his garage door was damaged and a neighbor of his gave us your business name and I called.
Your prompt service and exceptional cooperation of Daniel G. made it possible to get the door fixed and allowed us to make our plane scheduled for the next day.

Your people at the Naples office were very helpful. We have been in our house in Naples for almost two years. When the drive belt on one of our garage door openers failed, I saw your sticker on the door. Since we are new owners, I asked the neighbors, and they said you guys were the ones to go to. They were right! I stopped by the store in Naples, explained the problem, and got a lot of good information on repair and replacement. I was also told that the belt was guaranteed for life, so if I returned it I would be given a new one. As a recent retiree, clinging to a need to some work on my own, I did just that. The replacement belt is installed (much easier than a chain!), and the door works fine. When the time comes, be assured I'll call for a new opener, and I'll be telling this story to others at LongShore Lake. I didn't get the young lady's name at the desk, but she represented you well. Thank You

I was surprised to discover that you are available 24/7. The springs went on the door on Friday, back in service on Saturday! It's difficult to find support like that today. Great job! Keep up the good work!We appreciate it!

Just a quick note on your company's replacement policy and service...A couple of months ago my garage door opener wore out and needed to be replaced...I called three company's in a matter of about 5 min. to see how much and how soon I could get my door opener replaced ,your company was one of those...Not only was you company was in the range of the price I wanted to pay for the replacement, your dispatcher asked me what time I was going to be home and would have a service man there in that time range... BANG,!!! your dispatcher treated my problem like it was an emergency and your service man was here when I was told he would be here...He had my door opener installed within the hour...Yes it was an easy install yet your service man was very convenient and professional...Not the end of the story...As your service man was going over the operation of the door with me one of the load springs broke...He had everything on his service truck to replace the load spring...WOW...Still not the end of the story... Your service man told me that " I needed to replace both springs that when 1 go's the 2nd one was not far from failure" Me being the tight wad that I am ,I had ignored his advice...Guess what? Within 6 months the second load spring failed...Your service man was correct and knew what he was talking about....Thanks to all of your people for making this job as painless as possible...Not to mention your product Lift Master Door Opener is with out a doubt the quietest door opener I have ever heard and has worked flawlessly ...

To Whom It May Concern:

Prior to returning from vacation our daughter opened our house for us and in the process the garage door and opener 'crashed'. Our daughter let your service tech in to take care of the problem. He determined what was needed, made the repairs, cleaned-up and left in short order. Our old opener and door now work better than they did when they were installed ten years ago.

I don't know the techs name, but I would like you to convey our thanks to him for a job well done.

My husband and I want to compliment you on the excellent service we received from your technician, Dennis. He arrived promptly on Monday this week, looked at our door problem, then reccomended a solution without delivering "a hard sell". At his suggestion, we ordered a new Liftmaster Estate Series automatic door opener. Dennis returned two days later and installed the new opener. He gave us helpful instructions about using the new piece of equipment and was, throughout, unfailingly patient and courteous.
