I just wanted to let you know that on Tuesday October 13th, 2020, your technician, Elliott, came to my home to repair my garage door that had come off its track and would not open or close. I was curious as to what happened to cause this, so I watched him work the entire time. Elliott amazed me with his knowledge, work ethic, efficiency, attention to details, completeness, and trouble shooting skills. He is also, a very pleasant, courteous, patient, and responsible young man. When I asked him how long he had been working for Action Automatic Door and Gate, it was readily apparent that he was happy and proud of his 8 year tenure with you. I commend your company for having Elliott in your employ. Not only is he a skilled technician, but he is a wonderful ambassador for AAD&G. Please thank him again, for me, for a job well done.
