Miguel G. called before arriving as requested and was waiting for me to arrive. Many other service organizations do not call in advance even when requested. Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly knew exactly what had to be done. He gave his opinion on the work to be performed, the amount of time to complete the work, and provided an estimate on the cost. Miguel played his music box which has not loud. I kind of enjoyed his music. I hope Miguel and Action Automatic Door & Gate are around in another 15 years. I highly recommend their services, and if you’re lucky, Miguel will show up..!”
