“I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know that I had an excellent experience with the service technician, Moises Alavarado, who did the work at both of my properties on Columbian, and Taylor Road in Punta Gorda. Moises was very honest that he did not feel comfortable doing one of my garages because the cars were in the garage, could not be moved, and he feared that something might fall on top of them and cause damage. I appreciated his honesty and explanation. I determined to schedule that garage at another time. He completed work on 5 garage doors. One door in particular had not completely closed since the property had been purchased, and had been serviced by another company a few times over the years. Moises has  it working like it is brand new. I was very pleased with his attitude, his professionalism, and his concentration to detail.
