We received the following email: I just wanted to express my great satisfaction with Action, especially with my customer service representative Angie Dyer. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to replace two panels on not my own garage door, but my neighbor’s. This made it logistically challenging and I had called several companies who were not particularly helpful (one even told me I would probably just have to replace the garage door at 3xs the cost). When I called Action, I was initially told I needed an inspection before a quote, but 30 minutes later, Angie called me back. Instead of just leaving my call alone, she had gone out of her way to talk to a sales representative and told me that they could provide a quote with the information I had provided and sent me a proposal right then. Because I was working through my neighbor and their house watcher, it took me about 6 weeks before I could arrange for a technician to come out. During this time, I emailed back and forth several times with Angie and every time I got a prompt response. Having to deal with this situation at all was upsetting, but I honestly felt I had a friend in Angie helping me to get through it. In addition to Angie’s excellent help, Action had the panels in stock, offered by far the best price, the technician did a quick and perfect job, and the initial proposal was honored even though there was the time delay. Many times I felt, “well, I hate being in this predicament, but I feel so lucky that I found Action.” Thank you for the great customer service! I’ve already been recommending your company to friends and neighbors in case they ever need garage door repair.
