Jim was by this morning to replace my worn rollers with new nylon ones and while he was there he balanced both doors, lubed everything and made sure the openers were working properly. Like everyone else from your company, he was great. Angie was very professional, friendly and efficient. With our new rollers, we are now “the home of the whispering door!
